"We have been with State Farm and the same sales and service rep (Matt Scantlin) since moving to the U.S. over 8 years ago. We move to whatever agency he goes to, because there is no substitute for first in class service. We always get prompt replies to our requests with straight forward answers, so we know what can be covered and what cannot. Transferring our policies was quick and simple. The most important aspects of insurance for us are good service and confidence that we will have cover when we need it."
